about the publisher

Hello & Thank You for being interested in The Gold Coast Grapevine!

I am a mother to 2 boys, Mason & Miles, a best friend to my 2 Staffy's, Rusty & Roxy, a wife of 15 years to my husband, Marty. And I am a friend to many! Ideas for this magazine began a couple of years prior to actually going to print and I started to slowly work towards the goal of actually developing the magazine when I was let go from my employment. With the looming recession being announced daily in the news, TV and the internet, I realized this was the perfect time and The Gold Coast Grapevine was born; 'a resource magazine; keeping Gold Coast parents in the know.' A magazine that not only provides valuable information to parents but also donates and participates in selective charities to help promote awareness.

I believe families are what make a community grow, strengthen & develop into a safe and positive environment. We are parents who share common interest, similar attitudes, and goals, and we demonstrate social values and responsibilities. We promote and support our local and family owned business's who in turn, provide valuable services to our community and who cater to the families living together in this particular area we all call 'The Gold Coast." I think the Gold Coast is one of the best communities to raise a family and I think we member and families are so lucky to be apart of this community. My objective is to help keep it that way with this publication making it's contribution by being apart of and participating in the Gold Coast.

I give many thanks to those who helped and supported me in making this publication what it is today and what it will grow into tomorrow. Thank You....

Please feel free to contact me with any queries in regards to this publication, advertising, articles for contribution and all feedback is welcome with open mailboxes :)
